- PayPal – Secure online payments, available worldwide.
- Stripe – Card payments, supported for both domestic and international customers.
Payment should be settled at the time of purchase. Order processing begins only after the payment has been recorded.
Delivery Options
We deliver orders quickly and safely, using trusted courier companies. Available delivery methods:
- UPS (domestic and European deliveries),
- InPost (domestic deliveries: courier and parcel lockers).
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated delivery time:
- Poland: 1–3 business days.
- Europe: Delivery time depends on the destination country and is usually 3–7 business days.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated during the ordering process and depend on:
- The chosen shipping method,
- The destination country.
Important Information
- Orders are processed only on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Customers are asked to check the condition of the package in the presence of the courier. In case of damage, please create a damage report and contact us at info@belluto.com.
- We currently do not offer express shipping or cash on delivery options.
