1 General Provisions
1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the Belluto online store, available at www.belluto.com.
2. The store is owned by Belluto LLC, located at Słoneczny Sad 4C, 72-002 Dołuje, registered in the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001130308, NIP: 8513319320, REGON: 529812636.
3. Contact with the store is possible via email: info@belluto.com. -
2 Definitions
1. Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality, making purchases in the store.
2. Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making purchases not directly related to their business or professional activity.
3. Store – the Belluto online store, available at www.belluto.com.
4. Goods – products offered in the store, particularly leather goods.
5. Sales Agreement – a distance contract between the Customer and the Seller via the store. -
3 Rules of Using the Store
1. The Customer is obliged to use the store in accordance with the law and the provisions of these terms and conditions.
2. Placing an order requires acceptance of the terms and conditions and providing accurate personal data. -
4 Order Placement Procedure
1. The Customer places an order by adding selected goods to the cart and completing the order form.
2. After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirming the acceptance of the order for processing.
3. The sales agreement is concluded when the Customer receives confirmation of the order acceptance. -
5 Prices and Payment Methods
1. All prices listed in the store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zlotys.
2. The store accepts the following payment methods:
- Przelewy24,
- PayPal,
- Stripe. -
6 Delivery
1. Goods are delivered within the territory of Poland and selected European countries.
2. In Poland, delivery is carried out via:
- UPS,
- InPost (courier, parcel lockers).
3. In Europe, delivery is carried out via UPS.
4. The order processing time is 24 hours from the moment the payment is credited.
5. Delivery costs are provided during the order placement and depend on the chosen delivery method.
6. The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment in the presence of the courier. In case of damage or shortages, a damage report should be prepared and the store should be contacted. -
7 Right of Withdrawal
1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the store of their decision through a clear statement (e.g., an email to info@belluto.com).
3. The Consumer is obliged to return the goods in an unchanged state to the store's address.
4. The store will refund all payments received from the Consumer, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day of receiving the returned goods. -
8 Complaints
1. The Customer has the right to file a complaint if the product:
- Is defective,
- Does not match the description,
- Was damaged during transport.
2. A complaint should be reported within the statutory period from the moment the defect or damage is noticed.
3. Complaints can be submitted via email to: info@belluto.com.
4. The store is obliged to consider the complaint within 14 business days of its receipt.
5. In case of a recognized complaint, the store covers the return shipping costs and fulfills the Customer's request according to their preference. -
9 Personal Data Protection
1. The administrator of the Customers' personal data is Belluto LLC.
2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment and, with the Customer's consent, for marketing purposes.
3. The Customer has the right to access and correct their data.
4. Detailed information on personal data processing is contained in the Privacy Policy available on the store's website. -
10 Final Provisions
1. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
2. The store reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions; these changes will not infringe the rights acquired by Customers.
